Shipping policy

We strive for an excellent experience and the highest level of customer service throughout your entire process of your purchase with The Ivory Road. If you are needing an exchange or return please view our Return Policy page.

We pride ourselves on shipping orders out on the same business day as purchased as long as the order is paid by 5pm CST. Orders placed after 5pm CST will go out next business day. You will receive an email with your shipping information provided. All orders will ship through USPS unless otherwise stated.
